Additional Visa & Administrative Fees:
Visa Fee: RM 530 per dependent, per year (All visa fees are subject to current Malaysian government regulations).
Processing Fee: RM 2,500 per dependent (One-time).
MM2H General Application Requirements
Age of Principal Applicant: Must be 25 years old and above.
Eligible Dependents: Spouse, unmarried children under the age of 34, and parents of both spouses. (Housemaids are permitted under the Platinum tier only).
Residency Requirement: Principal applicants under the age of 50 must reside in Malaysia for a cumulative total of at least 90 days per year. (Applicants aged 50 and above are exempt from this residency requirement).
No Criminal Record: The principal applicant, spouse, and any dependents over the age of 18 must provide a clean criminal record/police clearance certificate.
Post-Approval Requirements: Upon approval, applicants must open a Malaysian bank account and place the required fixed deposit, purchase medical insurance, undergo a medical check-up, and acquire a property within one year.
